Medrano JHS Dress Code & Supply List
School Uniform
Both Grades: White polo-style shirt, solid white undershirt
7th Grade: Gray polo-style shirt, solid gray or white undershirt
8th Grade: Purple polo-style shirt, solid purple or white undershirt
Both Grades: Solid sweaters may be worn over approved shirts; hoodies allowed in white, gray, purple, and black; pants, skirts, jumpers, skorts, and shorts must be black or khaki of proper length and can’t have holes or be ripped, torn, or frayed; belts must be worn and must be school-appropriate; students must wear shoes other than house shoes, flip-flops, and roller shoes.

General Supplies
- 1 three ring binder (multi-subject)
- Pencil pouch/bag
- #2 pencils or mechanical pencil with extra lead
- Erasers (pencil top and large)
- Pencil sharpener with container
- Black, blue, and red pens (all necessary)
- Notebook paper (5 or more packages)
- One box of colored pencils
- Construction paper (assorted colors – 1 package)
- Gluestick or bottle
- 1 Spiral Notebook
- Clear or Mesh Backpack
Core Class Supplies
Your Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, Reading, and other teachers may ask that you purchase additional supplies to be used in their classes. This will be done the first week of school.
